How do you start your day? Most of us respond with a routine: exercise, shower, breakfast, etc. However, a more powerful question is, “How do you choose to be in your day?” You do realize you have a choice, don’t you? You can decide how you want to be by consciously choosing your thoughts, attitude, and emotions. Have you ever made such a purposeful decision?
