Do not over exercise. It could be harmful.



Nowadays, I read a lot of news regarding working out in the gym unnecessarily or doing exercises which are not recommended. Due to this people are losing their health.

I request everyone not to start any kind of exercise without consulting a certified trainer.

Your health is in your hands. Kindly take it seriously. It could be fatal.
