As a teacher, teaching in the classroom becomes boring at times when only a few students answer or participate in the class. It becomes monotonous. It seems to me that other students are machines or robots just sitting in the class without any aim, without any response.
Yesterday, I felt nice when one of the students responded to my question. This student never responded or participated in my class earlier. In fact, I heard his voice for the first time. I felt good and a lot more energised by hearing his answer.
It motivates even teachers as we want active participation from every student in the classroom.
I encourage all the students to respond and involve themselves in the class activities. This will definitely improve the relationship between teacher and student.
The process of learning will be improved.
