Are role-plays a good option for children to overcome stress?

To answer the question: how do we help move children from stress to happiness, my first thought is to get them involved in things. For example, sports, band, chess club, anything that will help them find common interests with other students and help them to get out there to make friends. Also, I find being outside to be one of the largest factors in helping to reduce stress. Along with that, limiting your child's screen time is especially important! As far as adults, something that has moved me from stress to happiness is leaning on faith, only keeping a small circle of friends close who genuinely want the best for each other, and something I have especially loved is learning all about manifestation.
