Get rid of unwanted medicines right away.

We all know medicines have their own side effects. Despite of this fact we consume a lot of medicines on a daily basis. Be it vitamins, blood thinners and what not.

I strongly suggest to consult your doctor first in case you start any medicine. Also, the duration is very important. Don't keep on consuming it for months. Take it in the prescribed format only.

A few days ago, a patient came to me complaining of stomach ache. I asked him the medicines he was taking. Only during the discussion I came to know he was consuming calcium and vitamin-e medicines for no reason. I asked him to stop them immediately and now he is absolutely fine.
