10 Minutes that Turned Trust into Action!

I am thankful for the trust I receive from others, because I see it lived, not spoken.
Last month, during a hectic afternoon at work, my manager walked over, clearly stressed, and placed a critical client escalation entirely in my hands. No checklist, no hovering—just a quiet, “I know you’ll handle this.” I remember the room buzzing, phones ringing, my coffee going cold.
I called the client, listened through frustration, acknowledged the mistake, and stayed until it was resolved. Later that evening, a simple message arrived: “Thank you for protecting the relationship.” That moment stayed with me.
Trust feels like being chosen in real time, under pressure. It’s being counted on when outcomes matter. It reminds me that my presence, integrity, and follow-through are visible—even on ordinary days.

A very good post on Gratitude @Brad.
