Gratitude

Sharing a part of the profit from this new assignment with my parents brought me a deep and quiet satisfaction. It wasn’t about celebrating a big achievement — it was simply the joy of being able to give back in my own small way. When I handed it to them, the happiness on their faces made every hour of effort feel worthwhile.

There was a sense of calm inside me, as if I had done something truly meaningful, something that connected my work to my roots.
