Last week, I drowned myself in endless content on my mobile and other screens. The overstimulation left me feeling mentally drained and even physically unwell. Yesterday, I decided to step away from screens and picked up a book instead. The shift was incredible—turning pages brought a calmness no video or reel could match. Immersing myself in words felt nourishing, like giving my mind fresh air. I realized how much joy comes from slowing down and consuming content in its purest form. Cutting down screen time didn’t just free my eyes—it gave me a quiet, deep inner satisfaction.
