Today I was organizing my bookshelf and found a book I had read a couple of years ago titled The Power of Your Subconscious Mind. I opened it casually and began flipping through the pages, and something stood out to me again. It explained that whatever we think about repeatedly becomes dominant in the subconscious mind and is accepted as truth.


There was an example that reminded me of my own thought patterns. If I repeat beliefs like I am healthy or I am wealthy, my subconscious registers that message and supports it. But if my focus is on what is missing, like wondering why new projects are not coming or why my health feels low, that also gets recorded and influences my life.


Reading that line again felt like a moment of awareness. It reminded me how powerful thoughts truly are and how deeply they shape experience.
