Who will achieve more success?

A person who has complete freedom to work or a person who has limited freedom.

Both have their own advantages and disadvantages but I believe a person with complete freedom can achieve greater heights.

I work as a freelancer and have complete freedom. I enjoy my work and due to that I can achieve my objectives.
