How did I find my niche?
Finding our passion is necessary to enjoy working in it. If you want to connect your passion with your career, you need to identify the industry first.
How did you decide to work in your current industry?
I found my niche after I went through my career counseling. The counselor told me strange things about my report. I did not have any skill for the employer to hire me. This was quite shocking. I asked what I should do now. They suggested that I start something of my own. I could really achieve great success in it.
That is fine, still I did not know which field should I look into. So I started analyzing myself. I did some exercises to know what interests me. I zeroed down to teaching. It suits me as I am good at speaking and reading.
Now I have involved myself teaching communication skills. I enjoy doing it.
So finding a niche is very important to earn and enjoy life.
