I Stopped Fighting With “What If?”

Overthinking is a silent killer, and I know that because I was once one of its victims.

I would spend too much time thinking about what might happen, what could go wrong, and what I should have done differently. It quietly consumed my peace and energy.

Over time, I developed myself to stop thinking unnecessarily and started accepting things as they came. Interestingly, I once believed planning and overthinking were the same. I now understand they are completely different. Planning helps me prepare; overthinking keeps me trapped in possibilities.

Today, I still plan my activities, but I no longer carry unnecessary thoughts with me. I live more calmly and efficiently.

Such a simple thought, yet it carries so much meaning. Really enjoyed reading this.
