1% affection matters a lot in sales.

I was hunting for a competitive deal for a washing machine. I visited a dozen stores in the city. I shortlisted three stores and zeroed down on the basis of the following:

1. First and foremost, PRICE

2. Reliability and trust

3. Last but not least, PERSONAL ATTENTION.



I was sold on the behavior of the sales representative. You might find it odd but he was a bit unprofessional in selling the product which I liked. Unlike others, he demonstrated the product by knowing my requirements and providing every information I needed.


As far as others are concerned they were professional but could not build a connect with me somehow.

@Robin K. That is good to read. We need salesmen who are not working as robots.
