Learning the skill of making an impact on others is tricky.

The expected outcome depends on doing the right things. On the other hand, if I had made an impact it means I did the right things.

We want cordial relationships with our customers, colleagues, relatives and friends. To enjoy the same we must create such an impact on them so that they get impressed with us.

Listening, communicating well and solving problems of others helped me to earn a special status in their lives. I just try to create the right impact and things start falling into place.
