It is 75% Mindset and 25% Skills.
Right mindset is more important than skills to me.

A proper mindset is needed to succeed in life rather than skills and knowledge alone. I am not saying that acquiring skills would be a waste of time. According to my experiences, my positive mindset helps me in using my skills to the maximum level. Without mindset, skills are of no use.
I really appreciate people who can stay calm under pressure. I have had to do a lot of things which were not easy or comfortable, but I was able to keep calm and focus on what I needed to do. In the same way, I think it is important to have a positive mindset. I have had to be patient and keep going even when things were not going my way. I think it is important to remember that things will eventually work out and that there are always opportunities to improve.
To sum up, one should have a judicious blend of skills and mindset. Such a blend should have the content of mindset more in it.
Do you agree with the title?

I always liked the way Chuck Swindoll put it - “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.”
