Getting Work done from Juniors is Tricky!
I had to finish a task at the office. Actually, we have to upload a set of updated courses in "Accounting" in our LMS. The deadline was about to reach. My team was not doing it seriously. I needed to motivate them to get the work done. So, I thought of gifting each of them this book:

I got some amazing results after giving it to them. They did their job quite productively and sincerely.
