A good listening ear
During my chat with mother on phone yesterday, I just kept listening without interrupting her.
Due to this she told me that she felt much relieved and relaxed.
Once she completed her part only then I started giving her suggestions. I believe this gave her utmost satisfation.
With each passing day I have realized that a good ear is very important.
