A Learning Milestone 🌟
I’m happy to share that I have successfully completed the “The Science of Happiness and Well-being” course offered through NPTEL SWAYAM by Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
Over the span of 8 weeks, this course gave me valuable insights into happiness, emotional well-being, mindfulness, and positive living. I’m grateful to have secured 87%, earned a Silver Badge, and been recognized among the Top 1% performers.
