Realising My Shyness Is Not A Weakness!

ree

I recently read something useful that really stayed with me. It said to accept myself just the way I am and believe that I am already perfect. No fixing no forcing change.

I realised how much this relates to me because I used to feel bad about being shy and introvert. I always felt I should work on it or try to become more outgoing. But this gave me a different understanding. It is not a weakness and I do not need to do anything to improve it.

My mind already knows what I need in life. It grows and learns through the experiences I go through. So if this habit ever needs to change it will happen on its own whenever my mind feels the right time has come.

From now on I want to accept this part of me without pressure and let things evolve naturally. This understanding made me feel so light, productive, positive and full of energy that I am ready to achieve the unachievable now.

Accept yourself just the way you are, by believing that you are perfect. Neither make attempts to change yourself nor try to fix yourself in any way... Your mind is aware of the necessities of your life and it will automatically change, wisening under the fire of life's experiences, at the right time to the right extent... Hence, do not try to change yourself forcibly...

This is inspiring! I also realized that embracing shyness as a strength has helped me grow and connect authentically.
