Never Confuse Dedication with Permission to Exploit!
Recently, I had an important conversation with my children about standing up for themselves and protecting their rights, whether at educational institutions or in the workplace.
I told them that nobody should be allowed to exploit them, and they must have the courage to speak up whenever something feels unfair. At the same time, I emphasized the importance of dedication to their work, sincerity in their responsibilities, and maintaining discipline.
For me, knowing your rights and fulfilling your duties go hand in hand. Self-respect, hard work, and discipline must always coexist.
