Yes, balance in spending truly increases happiness. Earlier I focused only on immediate desires, but with a broader perspective, I see mindful choices and a mindfulness journal as a must-have—create lasting peace, security, and joy.

As in the medical profession, I’ve learned that balance in spending brings me happiness just like balance in health does for patients. It reduces my stress, gives peace of mind, and allows me to enjoy life meaningfully.

I chose a mid-range phone—neither too expensive nor too cheap—and it turned out perfect. Reliable quality, stress-free spending, and enough savings left for other essentials. That balance gave me peace of mind and real happiness.
