One book I read recently truly lifted my mood — The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Its wisdom about staying present helped me feel calmer, happier, and more centered every day.

A healthy habit I’ve started recently is cooking and reheating food in an OTG instead of a microwave.


It helps retain nutrients better, gives food a fresher taste, and feels like a more mindful, wholesome way to prepare meals.

However, out in the market, everyone suggests buying a microwave since they’re trendier and more expensive.
