#entrepreneurship #innovation #jobcreation #prosperity #smartwork #ideas As an educator, witnessing my students' blossoming entrepreneurial spirit fills me with unparalleled joy and pride. I firmly believe in nurturing their creativity and ambition, steering them towards a path of entrepreneurship rather than settling for conventional jobs. In my classroom, I encourage students to explore their passions and think outside the box. One memorable instance was when a group of students proposed a sustainable fashion startup, aiming to revolutionize the industry with eco-friendly materials and ethical practices. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and I supported them every step of the way, from crafting business plans to connecting them with industry experts. Another inspiring example is a student who envisioned a mobile app designed to tackle food waste by connecting surplus meals from restaurants with local shelters and charities. Witnessing their dedication and ingenuity reaffirms my belief in the power of education to ignite change and drive innovation. By instilling an entrepreneurial mindset, I empower my students to pursue their dreams and make a meaningful impact on the world. Seeing them thrive in the entrepreneurial landscape is the ultimate reward of my teaching journey. 🌟

In the past few days, I've learned a valuable lesson: when we do our tasks without always expecting something in return, it can be really powerful. I've realized that I should focus on what I'm doing right now, without worrying too much about the results, and try to let go of my desires. ✨🙏 This approach helps me give my work my full attention and effort. It's like trusting that things will work out in the end, even if we don't control every outcome. This lesson has made me feel calm and satisfied. As I write this, I can honestly say I'm stress-free today. 😌🌟 Image by Odilon Dakpakete (https://pixabay.com/users/doscyr-12253167/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=4237540)from Pixabay(https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=4237540)

Two days ago, I had an eye-opening experience when I took my husband to an eye specialist. I was astounded by the sheer number of patients waiting to see the doctor. Despite the heavy workload, the eye specialist tirelessly examined one patient after another, never taking a break. We patiently waited for one and a half hours for our turn, witnessing the dedication of this remarkable healthcare hero. Finally, it was our turn, and the doctor examined my husband thoroughly and patiently. His expertise and care were evident in the way he listened to our concerns and addressed each one with utmost attention. He suggested the necessary medicines and precautions with genuine concern for my husband's well-being. This incident left me immensely grateful for such doctors who work tirelessly to keep us healthy. It's heartening to live in a society where healthcare professionals like this eye specialist dedicate themselves to their profession with unwavering commitment and compassion. Their selflessness serves as an inspiration to all, reminding us of the invaluable role they play in our lives.

Living the Good Life: As someone who is blessed with normal health reports, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of maintaining a disciplined routine. A healthy diet and regular exercise have become an integral part of my daily life, and I cannot imagine living any other way. Taking care of one's health is crucial for leading a fulfilling life. Good health enables us to pursue our passions, achieve our goals, and enjoy life's little pleasures. And the best way to ensure good health is by adopting a healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet is the cornerstone of good health. It provides us with the nutrients and energy we need to function at our best. I make sure to eat a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. I avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive amounts of salt and saturated fats. Regular exercise is another essential component of a healthy lifestyle. It not only helps maintain physical fitness but also improves mental health, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being. I engage in a variety of physical activities such as running, cycling, yoga, and strength training. I make sure to incorporate exercise into my daily routine, even if it means waking up a little earlier or squeezing in a workout during my lunch break. In addition to a healthy diet and regular exercise, I prioritize getting enough rest and managing stress. Sleep is crucial for the body's repair and recovery, while stress management techniques like meditation and deep breathing can help reduce the harmful effects of chronic stress. Overall, I am grateful for my good health and strive to maintain it by living a disciplined and healthy lifestyle. I encourage everyone to adopt healthy habits and make them a part of their daily routine. After all, good health is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.

I had to finish a task at the office. Actually, we have to upload a set of updated courses in "Accounting" in our LMS. The deadline was about to reach. My team was not doing it seriously. I needed to motivate them to get the work done. So, I thought of gifting each of them this book: You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life by Jen Sincero I got some amazing results after giving it to them. They did their job quite productively and sincerely.

During schooling, I did not give much importance to acquiring skills. I was always engrossed in my studies. As time passed, I understood that skills are as necessary as education. With necessary skills life is smoother. Give a thought how life would be without the following skills: 1. Communication skills 2. Negotiation skills 3. Self- management skills like problem solving abilities and time management 4. Leadership skills 5. Learning/ adaptability skills 6. Last but not least computer skills What more can you add in the above list? So, I thank all my teachers, parents, colleagues, friends and bosses who taught me the above mentioned skills.
Apart from my educational qualifications, I thank my teachers who taught me necessary skills. content media

Most of us are short of cash all the time because we spend more than the prescribed amount. I was taught a very important lesson of life by my father a couple of decades ago. He advised me to save $20 of every $100 I make. Though it should be taught seriously in schools, we are not lucky enough. Just follow this simple technique and you will never look back. Did you like this advice? or, Are you already following it? Please comment below. #savings #investments #lesson #money #school

We try to keep changing the habits of others but do not know that it is a complete waste of time. The other person whom you are trying to change will never change. You are wasting your efforts in doing so. Employees, students, family members, friends etc., tell me one person you successfully managed to change his/her habits. If you can think of one you are quite lucky. Let the people be as they are. Accept them as a package because when you buy a new item there are advantages and disadvantages to it. You will have a happier life. Thank you pixabay.com for providing such a great picture.

As a teacher, teaching in the classroom becomes boring at times when only a few students answer or participate in the class. It becomes monotonous. It seems to me that other students are machines or robots just sitting in the class without any aim, without any response. Yesterday, I felt nice when one of the students responded to my question. This student never responded or participated in my class earlier. In fact, I heard his voice for the first time. I felt good and a lot more energised by hearing his answer. It motivates even teachers as we want active participation from every student in the classroom. I encourage all the students to respond and involve themselves in the class activities. This will definitely improve the relationship between teacher and student. The process of learning will be improved.

Benefits Vs Features. What is more important to you in a product? The list of features it provides or the benefits you get while using it? You have the answer, right. Similarly, mathematics as a subject is like a feature list which consists of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and so on…. Instead of teaching the above features why can’t we teach the benefits of it. Presently, the education system is like a body without a soul. Let me make it simple. There are so many financial transactions we do on a daily basis which require knowledge of mathematics. Why are we not exposed to the real-time situations that one will be facing where s/he will be needing to add or subtract. First a financial situation should be created only then the subject should be taught. This will also create interest in the learners. Not only mathematics but this system should be applied to every subject. If a subject is not providing any real-time value in the daily lives of the learner, then it should be made optional. Learners can read it in their leisure time as a book or a magazine. It should not be a compulsory subject. Do you agree with me?
Why can't we replace Mathematics with Real-Time Finance? content media

My students who have been studying from home since March 2020 graduated finally. The class of MS Finance 2021. I have been supporting them digitally, creating innovative support groups online, teaching via zoom. This pandemic has taught us to coordinate better through online resources. Students have been supportive too in this journey. I wish them all the best and looking forward to seeing them working as responsible financial experts.

My mother gives food and other necessary items to the poor and unprivileged people in the society. I remember visiting a blind school once along with my mother. She gave blind sticks there. I distributed it to them. It gave me immense satisfaction when everyone there was praising my mother.
