I recently thanked my mentor for advising me to read more non-fiction, it’s helped me a lot. I gifted him an e-reader, and seeing his happiness made my day.
When I feel low, I lean on the value of self-reflection. Writing in a mindfulness journal and listening to uplifting audiobooks help me realign, recharge, and remember my inner strength.
